Every time you walk down that old road, you swear you hear voices. That afternoon, you damn near fell in the manhole. You notice that the lid wasn't properly sat back down on the hole and you realize that the voices, along with a horrible stench, are wafting out of it. Are those city workers seriously playing cards down there?
